DEVELOPMENT BOARDS 68HC908 Development Board New development board for the 68HC908 series of Microcontrollers from Motorola. This board incorporates the MC68HC908JL3 microcontroller from Motorola. Programming is done via the Motorola Programmer and the download board shown below. The 68HC908 Development Board includes 4kByte of Flash program memory, internal to the 68HC908 and 128 Bytes of Data Memory (RAM). The board also includes a real time clock socket (DS1307), external eeprom using I2C Bus (24XX), digital to analog convertors with a 10-bit accuracy using the LTC1661 IC (IC's not included with board). Connectors are provided for easy connection to the 12 channel 8-Bit Analog to Digital Convertors, 4 x 4 Keypad, LCD, and I/O pins. All power supply components and 32 MHz oscillator are pre-installed. Board comes complete with software and 68HC908JL3 microcontroller. Please note: This is a complete unit and not a kit. Target microcontroller is mounted into this board, using the ZIF socket provided. The IC can then be programmed and the code tested from this board. All necessary components included crystals and switching relays for the programming pins are pre-installed. Microcontroller can be programmed, read, erased and verified from this unit. Connectors are supplied, and target IC needs to be removed from the development board and placed within the ZIF socket on this board.
